FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We do! If you are in Calgary, you can pickup at our shop is located East of Deerfoot, North of 32nd Ave during business hours (9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday).
We also offer pickup in Cochrane in the River Heights area.
Select either Calgary or Cochrane local pickup before check-out, and we will send you the pickup location addresses when your purchase is ready.
Ordering and Payments
As soon as you place your order, we get right to processing it!
- We receive the order and review your request. We ensure that the text or personalization will fit within our design parameters.
- Once we confirm all is good to go, we will move your order into pre-production phase.
- We will provide you with an e-proof within 2 business days, this will arrive through e-mail from our production software (the e-mail will be from Ink Engine).
- Accept or request any additional changes. Please note, your order will not move into production until the design is accepted in our online tool.
- This is when the fun begins! We will book your order into our schedule, and get your chosen product ready for your personalization!
- We complete your order and verify that it looks awesome. When everything looks great, we package and ship.
Sorry, no. In order to keep our turnaround times low, we need to make sure we are focused on paid orders. Please see our sample images to give you an idea of items we have completed.
We guarantee 2 business days, but typically we get them out to you much sooner.
If you are local to Calgary, send us a message! We have samples located in our shop that you can come and see.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Our payment processing system is Square.
If you'd like to pay via Interact E-transfer, please contact us!
Shipping, Delivery, & Returns
After you accept the e-proof, your purchase will queued up for completion. The typical turnaround time from e-proof signoff is 5-7 business days until your product is ready to ship.
We do offer rush services and expedited shipping! Please select this at checkout.
The shipping price will be offered at the posted rates from the carrier from our location to your shipping address.
As the shipping within Canada is quite expensive, we have subsidized the rate displayed.
At this point, we are unable to offer free shipping.
For shipments outside of Canada, your order may be subject to additional taxes which is levied by your Government when the package arrives in your country.
If you do incur additional charges, they must be paid in order to receive your package and allow it to clear customs. For more information regarding your countries custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Returns & Exchanges
As your product is personalized just for you, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. But, for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us ASAP so we can see what we can do.
Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. If the item is not received in its original condition, we will be unable to refund your order.
Cancellation Policy
After your order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel your order.
